A Yoga Teacher with a BA in Sanskrit, BA in Music, and a Master’s in Music Therapy, she has also undergone specialized prenatal yoga training with a coach in Italy. With 10+ years of experience in prenatal yoga and having supported 250+ moms through their pregnancy journey, she is a certified prenatal yoga coach, prenatal diet coach, birth educator, and doula.
